shopping |

to make a purchase on, browse a category under the ‘shop’ header and click to add items to your shopping cart.

you can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart link found at the top right hand corner of your screen. once in the shopping cart, you will have the ability to update items and quantities before checkout.

prior to checkout you are able to set up your account. here, you will be able to update personal information such as contact information, billing and shipping address. you will also be able to track your current orders and the status of any approved returns. once your account is set up you will be able to log in prior to future purchases on

item availability | ensures that stock availability online matches inventory on hand. if for some reason the item(s) purchased is not in stock, notification will be sent immediately, and you will be given the option to either change or cancel your order.

requests for additional information |

some orders may require additional information as requested by our customer service team; this may include government issued photo id, and credit card verification. this is to protect your personal information and security while addressing risk assessment with online purchasing. to avoid providing this information, we suggest purchasing with paypal where additional security screening is already in-place.

sales tax + duty |

purchases made in british columbia are subject to a 7% PST and 5% GST tax rate.
purchases made in ontario are subject to a 13% HST tax rate.
purchases made in prince edward island are subject to a 14% HST tax rate.
purchases made in new foundland are subject to a 13% HST tax rate.
purchases made in nova scotia  are subject to a 15% HST tax rate.
purchases made in new brunswick are subject to a 13% HST tax rate.

all remaining canadian provinces are subject to a 5% GST tax rate on all purchases.

international orders are subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. by purchasing on you understand that you are responsible for all such charges. should you refuse to pay duty/tax, your order will be returned to us and you will be credited the amount you paid, less full shipping costs – the shipping cost of sending it back to us + the initial shipping cost of sending the order to you.

tracking your order |

before every purchase an account can be set up with once a purchase has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as your order is received. an email will also be sent to you once your order has shipped, and will include your tracking number. you may also log in to your account, where the tracking number for your purchase will be posted.

for any questions or concerns please email our customer service team is available monday-friday 11am – 6pm (weekends and holidays excluded). while we try to respond to all inquiries day of, some requests may take up to 48 hours to reply to.

how to register |

when making a purchase on, you will be able to sign up for an account with your email address and password that you create.

you can also choose to create an account at any time, by clicking on the ‘my account’ link found on the top right hand corner of your screen.

in your account you will  be able to track an order and view the item(s) that you have purchased. on your account you can also update your profile, password, and account details (billing and shipping information) at any time.

with an account you will also be able to access the archives section – a unique section online where you will be able to shop previous collections.

forgotten password |

if you have forgotten your password, click the “forgot password” link on the login page of your account, and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.


shipping method |

wings+horns ships via FedEx for all domestic orders. international orders ship via DHL. all orders placed on are trackable. once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking reference number via email. tracking numbers can also be found once logged in to your ‘my account’ page on

if there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it. please note, does not ship to po boxes or freight forwarders.

for all domestic orders within canada – $10 cad

for all orders to the united states – $20 cad

for all international orders – $40 cad

order processing |

all orders placed on monday-friday, will begin processing the following business day. please note, that orders placed on friday will begin processing on the following monday. wings+horns will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification. due to the high demand on special projects, please allow 3-5 business days for wings+horns to process and ship these orders. in order for any transactions to be approved, the billing address and the shipping address must match the address associated with the credit card being used.

please allow 2-3 business days for shipping within canada and the usa. all orders shipping to canada and the united states require a signature upon delivery.

for international orders, please allow 7-9 business days for international shipping. please note, when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

processing and delivery times do not include saturdays, sundays, or holidays.

lost + damaged items | is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, and lies within the responsibility of FedEx and DHL. all purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

return policy

full-priced items policy |

all full-priced items are eligible for a return within fourteen business days. items must be un-worn/un-washed with the original packaging and hangtags attached. a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. if for some reason your purchase did not have any tags attached, please contact us immediately at shoes will only be accepted if returned with their original, undamaged shoe box. soles must be clean and unmarked. hats and toques are a final sale.

please note, only accepts returns. should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us and purchase the new size or style that you are looking for. *please refer to the return process outlined below. unfortunately does not accept returns from outside canada or the usa. all international orders are final sale.

special projects policy |

all special projects and collaborations are non refundable unless otherwise noted.

sale items policy |

all sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return. all items purchased with a promotional code are also a final sale and not eligible for a return. wings+horns does not honour price adjustments.

holiday return policy |

all regular priced merchandise purchased after december 1st can be returned for online credit only until january 5th. hats and toques are a final sale. all sale and discounted items are a final sale. wings+horns does not honour price adjustments. items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. 

process for returns |

if for some reason you wish to return your purchase, please email , with the subject line “return request _ your name _order number”.

return requests must be emailed within seven days upon receipt of your purchase.

in your email please specify the reason behind your return, as well as the merchandise style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return.

once your request has been emailed and the return is approved, will provide you with an online return authorization number (ora#) via email. please include the ora# with the package you are returning.

the return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to within fourteen days from the date your ora# was issued.

if a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the seven and fourteen day timeframe, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.

once your return has been received by our distribution center in vancouver, you will be refunded the amount paid on your credit card, less original shipping costs.

please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.

guidelines |

goods returned in a worn or washed condition, and/or without hangtags attached fall outside the return policy guidelines – a refund will not be issued. item(s) returned without an ora# will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense. reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
