This Fall/Winter 2020 season, we connect with three creatives that inspire us and share an affinity for the process of making, while operating within their own distinct disciplines.
Our second chapter explores the practice of Heiltsuk artist, Shawn Hunt, whose interdisciplinary approach to sculpture, painting, and design offer a genre-bending point of view, confined by neither his cultural traditions nor the constructs of modern art. We visit Shawn at his family-run studios on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast.
