HOLIDAY FAQ

 

What is your holiday return policy?

Full price merchandise purchased after December 1st, 2018 may be returned for online credit until January 15th, 2019.

All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

wings+horns only accepts returns from Canada and the USA.
All international orders are Final Sale.

 

Can I make a change to my order?

If you would like to make a change to your order, please email customerservice@wingsandhorns.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and any relevant information (i.e. size, colour, updated shipping address).

Orders that have been assigned a tracking number or picked up by FedEx/DHL cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

When will my order ship?

wings+horns ships via FedEx for orders to Canada, and DHL for orders to the United States and internationally. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

All orders begin processing the following business day. wings+horns will ship within 2 business days after processing has begun, pending credit verification. Please note our Distribution Center is closed on the following days: Dec. 25th, Dec. 31st, January 1st.

SPECIAL NOTE ON ORDERS EXCEEDING $800

USA and International orders with a total value exceeding $800 placed between Dec. 25th – 28th will be held for shipment until January 2nd, 2019.

This delay is the result of holiday closures at our customs broker, and prevents additional duties from being charged upon delivery of your purchase.

 

How do I request a return or exchange?

If you wish to return your purchase, please email customerservice@wingsandhorns.com with your order number included in the subject line.

In your email please specify the reason behind your return, as well as a description of the item(s) you wish to return.

Tracking Your Order

Once a purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. After the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include tracking details.

 

Item Availability

wings+horns ensures that stock availability online matches our inventory on hand. If for some reason an item purchased is not in stock, you will receive an email notification immediately and your order will be refunded.

 

Order Cancellation

wings+horns reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Any orders cancelled as a result of this will be notified by email, and will be refunded in full. To avoid order cancellation, we suggest purchasing with PayPal where additional screening is already in place.

 

Sales Taxes + Duties

Canadian Orders

Purchases made in British Columbia are subject to a 7% PST and 5% GST tax rate.
Purchases made in Ontario are subject to a 13% HST tax rate.
Purchases made in Prince Edward Island are subject to a 14% HST tax rate.
Purchases made in Newfoundland are subject to a 13% HST tax rate.
Purchases made in Nova Scotia  are subject to a 15% HST tax rate.
Purchases made in New Brunswick are subject to a 13% HST tax rate.

All remaining Canadian provinces are subject to a 5% GST tax rate on all purchases.

International Orders

International orders are subject to any duties and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By purchasing from wingsandhorns.com please understand that you are responsible for such charges. Should you refuse to pay duties/taxes, your order will be returned to us and you will be credited for the full amount you paid, less full shipping costs.
