EASY HOLIDAY RETURNS
After your order is fulfilled, you have until January 15th to begin the return process. You will receive a pre-paid return label via email.
We are currently unable to accept returns from outside Canada and the USA.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Orders placed between December 1st and December 20th are eligible for return or exchange until January 15th. Orders placed prior to December 1 are eligible for return within 30 days.
Please note December 20th is the final day to place an order for on-time holiday arrival.
Discounted items and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with hangtags attached.
RECEIVED A GIFT?
Gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit. If you have received a gift, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to exchange an item you purchased, please initiate a return via the link above and place a new order at your convenience.
A restocking fee enable us to offer pre-paid return labels for all orders. This fee helps cover the cost of shipping, as well as inspecting and processing your return at our Vancouver warehouse.
This expense is not built into our prices because we believe in making our products available to you at the fairest possible cost.
Canadian returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
USA returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee due to international shipping costs.
