wings+horns ships via Canada Post and Fedex. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order and tracking information.

If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.

Please note: “Free Shipping” promotions are only valid for orders to Canada and the USA.

Orders with a total value exceeding $200 CAD receive free express shipping via Canada Post.

Fedex Standard Overnight – $20 CAD (Signature Required)

 

USA SHIPPING RATES

Orders with a total value exceeding $200 CAD receive free express shipping via Fedex International Economy®

Order Processing

All orders placed on wingsandhorns.com from Monday-Friday will begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday, as our shipping department is closed on weekends. wings+horns will ship out orders within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification. Due to high demand on special project items, please allow 3-5 business days for wings+horns to process and ship these orders. In order for any transaction to be approved, the billing and shipping addresses must match the address associated with the credit card being used.

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping within Canada and the US, and 7-9 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.

Please note, when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.

 

Lost + Damaged Items

wings+horns is not liable for any damages incurred during transit. Damages in transit are the responsibility of FedEx and DHL. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. wings+horns does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
